Cotlands House Bed and Breakfast is set in the heart of the Scottish Borders countryside.  An exceptional detached country house is furnished to a very high standard providing a warm and stylish environment.

Edinburgh is only 45 minutes to the north and the market town of Berwick-upon-Tweed 20 minutes to the east. 

Accommodation comprises of two ensuite double bedrooms with power shower and bath and a further double bedroom.

The Polwarth Room is on the first floor and has stunning views over rolling Borders Countryside with Polwarth Kirk in the distance. Complete with small balcony a modern ensuite with power shower and bath this is a fabulous room.

The Cothill Room is on the ground floor with direct access from the outside. This is a very comfortable bedroom with interior design features and a modern ensuite complete with power shower and bath.

The Cottage Room This is a comfortable room on the first floor which provides an ideal secondary bedroom to the Polwarth room. As it shares the same bathroom it will only be let with the Polwarth room.

Prices from £55.00 - £90.00 per room per night, which includes a traditional Scottish or Continental breakfast usually served between 7.30 and 9.30am. Orders for breakfast will be taken the evening before.
