Description: Newly opened, this is New Lanark World Heritage Site, with its range of buildings from the 1820's, now acting as the best in living industrial archaeology. See Robert Owen, the industrial reformer's, house and those of his millworkers. Walk in the beautiful countryside of the Clyde Walkway to see the Falls of Clyde.

By car: One mile south of Lanark. Signposted 'New Lanark' from A72 and A70.
By public transport: Hourly bus service from Lanark Railway Station.
