Think of our walks as a starter pack to your health and well-being. They are designed for people who are seeking a healthier lifestyle and are fun, social events. They usually last between 30 to 45 minutes and are over easy routes – no long distance hill walking is involved. The walks are free and all you need is a pair of comfortable shoes.
