This museum explores and reveals the life of Selkirk through the ages. See the lives of the working people in majestic displays, follow the Time-line, find out about ‘The Souters’ and see the Flodden Flag, brought home by the only survivor from the town.

By car:
Just off Selkirk Market Square, on the A7 between Galashiels and Hawick. Car parking nearby.
By public transport:
Regular bus services between Hawick and Galashiels via Selkirk.

Opening Hours:
April to September – Monday to Saturday 10am to 5pm, Sunday 10am to 12 noon.
July and August – Monday to Saturday 10am to 5pm. Sunday 10am to 1pm.
October – Monday to Saturday 10am to 4pm, Sunday 10am to 12 noon.
