Description: Historic spa, built in the year 1827, which was a magnet for the Victorians in need of the curative waters. The mineral waters had been well-known for many years – they were visited by Robert Burns in 1787.

How to get there: In Wells Brae, Innerleithen By car: Innerleithen lies on the A72, Galashiels to Peebles road.
By public transport: Regular bus service from Peebles to Galashiels and to Edinburgh.

Opening Hours: Monday to Friday 10am to 1pm and 2pm to 5pm Saturday and Sunday 2pm to 5pm.
Special Events 2007 31st March to 2nd June - Photographic Exhibition of Innerleithen past and present 9th June to 15th September - Anniversary to mark 50 years of the new St Ronans Primary School. 22nd September to 31st October - Watercolours by Jim Bertram
